About the Guest
Sarah has been writing ever since she could hold pen to paper. After studying international politics at UC Berkeley, she has seized the opportunity to combine policy writing with creative literature. Having written two novels and participated in numerous short story competitions, Sarah appreciates the effort involved in creating and promoting fiction. Just as well, after coaching middle school students in writing and ESL students in English for a total of two years, she recognizes the challenge of crafting a quality academic article.
Sarah’s passion for politics, literature and for supporting authors at large has led to the establishment of Speak Out Global, a small business specializing in helping writers transform their activist and fictional ideas into pieces bound for publication.
